Role overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a Multilingual Sales Trainer for its Dubai-based real estate sales organization.
The role focuses on improving sales performance, product knowledge, selling skills and a consistent sales culture.
Training delivery
- Develop and deliver training for new hires and experienced sales professionals.
- Conduct classroom, workshop, role-play and on-the-job sessions.
- Deliver induction and onboarding programs for new sales consultants.
Sales capability
- Train teams on real estate products, projects, USPs, payment plans, market positioning and the competitive landscape.
- Build capability in prospecting, lead conversion, consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling and closing.
- Coach salespeople individually and provide actionable performance feedback.
Training design and measurement
- Create presentations, role plays, assessments, training content and sales simulations.
- Work with Sales Managers to identify capability gaps and create targeted interventions.
- Measure effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, conversion metrics and post-training performance.
Market and culture
- Keep content current with Dubai's real estate market, customer trends and sales practices.
- Promote continuous learning, accountability and high performance.
- Engage effectively with multicultural teams, customer segments, senior leaders and frontline consultants.
Candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Learning and Development professional or high-performing real estate sales professional.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai and UAE real estate sales and customer buying behaviour.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills with strong commercial and sales acumen.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect training initiatives to business results.
- Multilingual capability is strongly preferred.
