Role Overview
The Lead Concept Architect - Residential will report to the Head of Concept - Residential and work from the Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.
The role covers flagship residential projects including Riviera, Mina on Palm Jumeirah, Creek Views, Park Avenue, and Venice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design phase and develop visionary residential design ideas and strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into architectural concepts.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure cohesive project development.
- Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings and models.
- Incorporate innovative technologies and environmental practices into designs.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Develop and present architectural concepts through detailed 3D models and renderings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience with UAE experience.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
- Creative thinking with a passion for design and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.
