The Design 360 Studio integrates architecture, structures, MEP, landscape, interiors, and supervision.
Role Overview
The Senior Concept Architect will report to the Head of Concepts and work from the Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office in Dubai.
Projects are approximately 70% residential, with additional hospitality, labour accommodation, and retail developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design phase and translate client needs into compelling architectural concepts.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project development.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders and incorporate feedback into proposals.
- Monitor industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices for integration into designs.
- Mentor junior architects and support their professional development.
- Develop detailed 3D models and renderings for architectural concepts and designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 8 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong experience in Revit BIM.
- Extensive experience in architectural design and project management.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar rendering software.
- Strong creative vision, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
