Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all scaffolding and formwork activities in line with approved project schedules, drawings, method statements, and safety requirements.
- Close coordination with project management, engineering, safety, procurement, logistics, yard, finance, and ERP teams, while acting as the single point of contact for all scaffolding and formwork-related matters across running projects.
- Manages day-to-day scaffolding and formwork yard operations, including receipt, storage, maintenance, tracking, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensures optimal utilization, availability, and traceability of systems and coordinates timely material movements between yard and multiple project sites.
- Supports procurement and logistics activities for ongoing projects by creating and managing Material Requests (MRs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), following up on approvals, and ensuring timely delivery and return of materials in line with project requirements.
Regular interaction with external vendors and system suppliers such as PERI, DOKA, and other approved suppliers, including coordination of technical clarifications, deliveries, inspections, returns, and operational follow-ups related to hired or purchased systems
