About the Role
GETP Group is looking for a Technical Documentation Assistant to support the Turnaround Section in Doha. The role involves document control, contractor coordination, and administrative support for large-scale industrial maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support as directed by Head of Turnaround Section and Contract Coordinator
- Maintain and manage Turnaround Section correspondence log, ensuring all communications with Contractors are properly recorded, tracked, and closed
- Maintain and manage internal correspondence log for Turnaround Section
- Coordinate with Head of Turnaround to schedule periodic section meetings, record minutes, and track KPIs/training/safety records
- Retrieve and provide technical documents, standards, and references
- Coordinate with lump sum contractors and manage administrative activities including preparation of MOM and verification of submitted documents
- Utilize SharePoint and other document management systems to support workflow processes
- Process and issue gate pass requests (manpower, materials, vehicles) through HSEQ Portal
- Initiate, monitor, and track validity of requests for porta cabins, tool containers, and other contractor requirements
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive documents and follow approval protocols
- Coordinate with Facilities & Services Section to maintain office stationery supplies
- Maintain overall housekeeping and organization within Turnaround Section
Requirements
- Technical Diploma/Graduate or equivalent
- Excellent communication in English (speaking & writing)
- Minimum 5 years direct and relevant experience as Technical Documentation Assistant in Document Control
- Preferably experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry

Qualification
