- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers

- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and pipeline information using CRM systems
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
