Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 5 years direct and relevant experience in manpower contract administration or recruitment coordination
- Basic understanding of contract types and lifecycle
- Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance tracking
- Exposure to commercial terms (rates, invoicing, variations, penalties)
- Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Reporting Tools

Job Overview
- The Contract Administrator is responsible for the end to end coordination and administration of Long Term Manpower Contracts.

Requirements
- High School + 4 Years Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 5 years direct and relevant experience, especially for manpower contract administration or recruitment coordination
- Basic understanding of contract types (service, manpower supply)
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle (initiation execution closure)
- Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance tracking
- Exposure to commercial terms (rates, invoicing, variations, penalties)
- Having knowledge in the SAP S/4HANA Advantage (PR creation, PO creation, Invoicing, Service Entry Sheet), MS Excel, and Reporting Tools
