- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high quality design solutions
- Act as a technical authority, driving innovation, best practice, and engineering standards
- Manage project delivery, ensuring alignment with commercial targets, timelines, and quality expectations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, while supporting business development efforts
- Oversee project financials including profitability, invoicing, and performance tracking
- Support and contribute to technical forums focused on innovation, tools, and emerging technologies
- Represent the business in client, contractor, and stakeholder engagements
Requirements
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering within MEP consultancy
- Proven experience leading complex design projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Commercial awareness with ability to link technical delivery to profitability
- Confidence in client facing roles and contributing to winning new work
- Solid understanding of international codes, standards, and design practices
- Proficiency with industry design tools and engineering software
- Chartered status (or close to achieving it)

What you’ll be doing
