Responsibilities
- Leading electrical design delivery across multiple projects from concept through detailed design
- Preparing specifications, drawings and contract documentation aligned with client and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards and statutory regulations
- Coordinating with mechanical, public health and other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
- Supporting budget development and cost planning aligned with client specifications
- Liaising directly with clients, design teams and stakeholders
- Managing scope changes in line with change control procedures and maintaining cost and programme awareness
- Supporting junior engineers and contributing technically across the wider team
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (BSc/BEng or equivalent)
- Experience in MEP electrical design across a range of building types, Data Centre preferable
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD and recognised electrical design tools
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Membership (or working toward membership) of a recognised professional body such as CIBSE or IET

What we’re looking for
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (BSc/BEng or equivalent)
