Responsibilities
- Partner with the Regional Head of Site Services to deliver the regional business strategy and support the continued growth of the Site Services function
- Lead, mentor and develop Regional and Area Site Services Leads, building a collaborative and high performing culture
- Drive operational excellence across multiple projects, ensuring consistent standards, governance and best practice
- Support regional financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, commercial management and cost control
- Monitor project delivery to ensure programmes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to client expectations
- Strengthen client relationships and contribute to repeat business and long term partnerships
- Identify opportunities for business growth and support regional expansion initiatives
- Champion continuous improvement across project delivery, quality and operational processes
- Promote a strong health, safety and compliance culture across all regional site activities
- Deputise for the Regional Head of Site Services when required, representing the business across internal and client facing activities
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable
- Significant leadership experience within Building Services, MEP or site delivery environments
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, financial performance and operational delivery
- Demonstrated success leading multiple projects or regional site operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- Strong understanding of complex MEP systems and construction delivery
- Experience delivering mission critical or data centre projects would be highly advantageous

What we're looking for
