About the Role
SPIE Global Services Energy seeks a Technical Coordinator for a 24-month contract in Qatar to support NFPS Quality Organizations. The role involves coordinating meetings, managing travel, maintaining registers, and supporting quality reporting.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Quality Manager and other Quality team members
- Interface with all project departments on administrative activities
- Coordinate and organize meetings, capture follow up action plans, and steward actions to closure
- Support Quality manager with drafting project specific correspondence
- Coordinate with Quality Manager for COMPANY site staff mobilization plans
- Support Quality Manager in collection of information for weekly/Monthly Quality Reporting
- Organise Quality team Business travel ensuring QatarEnergy LNG requirements are met
- Maintain all Quality and information tracking registers (NCR, CAR etc) closure
- Support Audit universe on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy of information
- Deliver visible HSE leadership and ensure availability of required PPE
Requirements
- High School Diploma (12 Years of study)
- Five (5) years of experience in coordination between disciplines in project execution
- Good knowledge of Project Execution
- International experience, especially in Qatar or Middle East, preferred
- Experience working at RLIC preferred

Job Description

Profile
- High School Diploma (12 Years of study).
- Five (5) years of Experience, specific involvement in coordination between different disciplines in project execution with both offshore and onshore facilities.
- Good knowledge of Project Execution a bonus.
- International experience, especially in Qatar or the Middle East, is preferred.
- Ideally candidate will have experience working at RLIC.
