Role Overview
Technical Coordinator supporting fit-out projects from authority approvals and shop drawings through production and site execution.
The position is based in an office inside SAIF Zone, Sharjah.
Project Coordination Duties
- Review authority approval, technical shop, working, and joinery drawings throughout project lifecycles.
- Generate complete shop drawing sets with support from the drafting team.
- Provide technical solutions and maintain attention to detail.
- Support engineering processes and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate RCP and VDP drawings with the joinery team.
- Transform cutting lists into shop drawings.
- Coordinate site-work processes with the site team to streamline progress.
- Work with designers, engineers, the joinery team, and suppliers to support production and execution.
Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, specifications, and regulations.
- Knowledge of site construction work and fit-out processes.
- Understanding of architectural and joinery drawings, including RCP and VDP drawings.
- Understanding of cutting lists and their conversion into shop drawings.
- Experience with CAD, BIM, Revit, and other relevant software.
