Job Summary
Serve as the company’s first point of contact for visitors, callers, clients, and suppliers.
Manage the front desk, handle calls and visitors, and provide general administrative support.
Support the smooth operation of the office while maintaining a professional and presentable reception area.
Front Desk and Reception
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, suppliers, and guests professionally and courteously.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.
- Take accurate messages and communicate them promptly.
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate visitor access.
- Receive and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and documents.
- Arrange outgoing courier services and maintain related records.
- Direct visitors to meeting rooms or employees and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Telephone and Communication
- Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide basic company information to visitors and callers.
- Maintain a professional telephone manner and protect company confidentiality.
