Job purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, coordinating, and completing interior fit-out projects.
Projects must be delivered within approved budgets, programmes, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
The role requires leadership, technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and coordination across project stakeholders.
Project planning and execution
- Take overall responsibility for assigned fit-out project delivery.
- Review scopes, drawings, specifications, BOQs, contract documents, and programmes.
- Develop execution plans and construction programmes with priorities, milestones, manpower, and resources.
- Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective or recovery plans.
Site management
- Lead project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and site teams.
- Coordinate daily site activities and sequencing of works.
- Ensure adequate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment are available.
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings and maintain site organization.
