About The Role

The main role of the Technical Sales Coordinator is to collect all the technical information for Blue and Non Blue Parts, provide this information to the customer and the Sales Team.

Supporting FLS about technical specs definition for UV lights, Smart Cooling, etc.

Responsible for providing technical support during projects.

Working closely with suppliers to provide quarterly and yearly forecasts.

Strengthening relationships with suppliers.

Working on new products, collecting market information about products, and working with suppliers to finalize technical details.

Rolling out new products to strengthen/expand the MEAHQ product portfolio.

Working on Blue parts initiatives and supporting the DDC team for technical queries.

Working with sales teams to achieve their Non Blue parts targets

A. Technical Support & Coordination

1.

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support on Blue and Non‑Blue parts.

2.

Provide technical data and assistance to sales teams and customers.

3.

Offer technical support during project finalization and execution.

4.

Support FLS with technical specification definitions (e.g., UV lights, Smart Cooling).

5.

Work closely with the DDC team on Blue‑parts‑related technical queries.

6.

Provide technical support for queries from the sales team.

7.

Create technical data sheets for new and existing products.

B. Product Analysis & Market Support

1.

Prepare technical comparisons with competing products and share findings with the sales team.

2.

Work on initiatives such as recommended parts and support the sales team.

3.

Gather technical and pricing information from suppliers and share comparisons with the Sales Manager.

C. Supplier Relations & Forecasting

1.

Develop and strengthen relationships with current suppliers.

2.

Provide suppliers with quarterly and yearly forecasts.

3.

Coordinate with Supply Chain to contact suppliers for newly identified products.

D. New Product Development & Rollout

1.

Work with the Associate Director to identify new products for MEAHQ.

2.

Collaborate with sales teams to roll out new products and expand the product portfolio.

E. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Coordinate with the sales team to gather quarterly forecasts.
  • 2.
  • Provide monthly product sales reports to the Associate Director.
  • What are we looking for?
  • Mechanical engineering (Degree / Diploma)
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (HVAC is preferred)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Microsoft Office / PowerPoint expert
  • Communication skills
  • Customer focus oriented
  • Analytical skills
  • Negotiation skills
