- Proven experience in legal, corporate restructuring, governance or multi entity transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate governance, regulatory processes and multi jurisdiction project delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and project governance skills

Position Overview
- We are looking for a Legal Project Manager to join one of the region’s largest and most established groups, providing integrated solutions across manpower services, environmental management and specialised support functions.
- We are seeking an experienced Group Legal Restructuring Project Manager to lead a complex, multi jurisdiction transformation program across the UAE, KSA and UK.
