Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across local and international markets
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold outreach through to negotiations and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements
- Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Monitor sales pipelines, prepare forecasts and work towards achieving commercial targets
- Ensure excellent customer service, client satisfaction and long term account retention
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management and operational discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage but not essential
- A proactive, resilient and results driven approach with strong problem solving abilities

Role Overview
- We are partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation in Dubai that is looking for a driven Senior B2B Business Developer to join their commercial team.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process from prospecting through to closing.
Key Responsibilities
