Role Overview

  • We are partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation in Dubai that is looking for a driven Senior B2B Business Developer to join their commercial team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process from prospecting through to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across local and international markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold outreach through to negotiations and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, prepare forecasts and work towards achieving commercial targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, client satisfaction and long term account retention.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and operational discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
  • A proactive, resilient and results driven approach with strong problem solving abilities.
