The Technical Business Analyst interfaces between business partners, data source owners, application developers, and technical architects.
The role covers business analysis, technical requirements, customer communication, user support, and delivery coordination.
Required skills
- Advanced French-Canadian proficiency is required for reading, writing, and presenting in predominantly French workshops.
- The role requires business case analysis and stakeholder, project sponsor, and business relationship management.
- The candidate should be well versed in Microsoft .NET, Azure Data services, Azure PaaS, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- The role requires high-level design and requirements analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements and use cases for business and technical opportunities.
- Identify web, mobile, and data functional requirements with development teams and technical architects.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and fixes to business users.
- Recommend improvements based on customer objectives, processes, and products.
- Provide business direction to development teams during implementation.
- Participate in requirements, design, construction, and customer change request discussions.
- Coordinate distributed onsite and offshore development activities.
- Mentor development teams on business, technical, and delivery matters.
