Required Qualifications
- Recognized technical certificate in repairing PCs, workstations, and peripherals.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification in current Windows.
- 12–15 years of experience repairing and maintaining PCs, workstations, and peripherals.
- At least 10 years of similar experience in an organization with more than 5,000 employees.
- University degree in computers or a related computer field.
- Strong technical skills, knowledge of Windows and macOS, excellent communication, and ability to work independently or with supervision.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of a service-desk application such as ServiceNow and experience resolving audiovisual issues.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP, Citrix, McAfee, Microsoft Azure, Cisco Jabber, Enterprise Vault, Resource Finder, SCCM or Intune, and Microsoft Teams, or equivalent applications.
Support Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain PCs, workstations, and peripherals.
- Provide first- and second-line support.
- Configure Microsoft Hub on Microsoft Teams and other applications.
- Configure Microsoft Surface Studio with face recognition.
- Resolve audiovisual issues.
