Role Overview
The Technical Architect will bridge architectural design with construction execution through technical accuracy, BIM coordination, and integration between design consultants and site teams.
The role leads architectural technical deliverables and aligns design intent, BIM models, site construction requirements, UAE regulations, and project specifications.
Architectural Technical Production
- Prepare and coordinate architectural shop drawings covering concrete dimensions, setting-out, blockwork layouts, and high-end finishing details.
- Coordinate architectural documentation with structural and MEP disciplines.
BIM Coordination
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
- Conduct clash detection and manage resolution between architectural, structural, and MEP trades.
