Role Overview
ASGC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer – Civil for mega civil, major building, and high-rise construction projects in Abu Dhabi.
The role leads project planning and scheduling activities and supports schedule, progress, claims, and recovery management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage baseline, recovery, mitigation, and revised programmes.
- Manage extension-of-time claims, delay analysis, resource planning, progress monitoring, KPI reporting, and cash-flow forecasting.
- Integrate subcontractor programmes and develop schedule recovery strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant planning experience, including at least 5 years of proven experience in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong track record in large-scale civil, high-rise, and complex building projects.
- Previous experience with a major main contractor is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, delay analysis, claims management, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
