Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of civil, structural, and finishing materials.
• Ensure materials comply with project specifications, approvals, and consultant requirements.
• Perform technical and commercial evaluations of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to support project timelines.
• Coordinate with project, planning, engineering, and logistics teams.
• Maintain supplier relationships and update the Approved Vendor List.
• Issue LPOs, track purchase orders, and maintain procurement records, with Oracle ERP preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of UAE construction procurement experience.
• Proven experience in high-rise, residential, or mixed-use building projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, vendors, and market trends.
• Hands-on ERP experience, with Oracle preferred.
• Good understanding of commercial and contractual terms.
• FIDIC knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred profile

• Experience in residential towers, mixed-use developments, or podium and tower projects.
• Exposure to fast-track construction environments.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and supplier management skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven main contractor environment.
