Responsibilities
- Join the company with an existing team of Secondary Market Real Estate Agents
- Lead, manage, and develop the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive the acquisition of exclusive listings and increase transaction volumes
- Ensure high levels of team productivity, performance, and client satisfaction
- Coach and mentor team members to maximize sales effectiveness and conversion rates
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share within Dubai’s secondary market
- Monitor team KPIs, pipeline management, and sales performance
- Support agents in negotiations and closing high value transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and key market stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a strong focus on the secondary market
- Minimum 2 years of successful team leadership experience
- Must have an active and productive team of real estate agents willing to transition
- Demonstrated track record of generating sales, listings, and revenue in the Dubai property market
- Strong network of property owners, investors, and industry contacts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- RERA certification preferred
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle

Job Overview
- We are seeking a high performing Team Leader – Secondary Market to join our real estate brokerage in Dubai. This role is specifically designed for an established real estate leader who can bring and onboard their existing team of real estate agents and immediately contribute to business growth.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the Dubai secondary market, strong leadership capabilities, and an active team generating sales and listings within the Dubai real estate sector.
