ROLE OVERVIEW

  • This role involves corporate sales, partnership development, and MICE program execution to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless day to day operations in the Saudi market. The Partnership Manager will be Rayna Tours' primary representative in KSA, replicating the

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales & Growth: Support the delivery of sales and revenue targets across corporate travel and MICE channels. Take a proactive role in driving B2B growth by identifying and approaching corporate clients, government linked entities, and event organisers in Saudi Arabia. Prepare and coordinate proposal
  • Partnership Coordination: Manage day to day relationships with corporate partners and clients across KSA, with a focus on Riyadh based accounts. Support onboarding and integration of new partners, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system setup. Coordinate with Finance and Legal on cont
  • MICE & Events: Identify and pursue MICE opportunities — including corporate conferences, incentive trips, exhibitions, and large scale corporate events. Coordinate end to end MICE proposal delivery in collaboration with the UAE operations team. Represent Rayna Tours at industry events, trade shows,
  • Program Operations: Support day to day operations of corporate travel accounts, including bookings, reporting, and reconciliations. Work with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Care) to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with new product or service launches
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics such as revenue, pipeline conversion, and partner performance. Provide insights and recommendations to optimise corporate and MICE sales growth. Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and market/competitor insights specific to KSA.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in sales, partnerships, or account management — preferably in travel, hospitality, or events
  • Strong existing corporate network in Saudi Arabia, particularly in Riyadh
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills
  • Data driven mindset with solid Excel/PowerPoint skills; CRM experience is a plus
  • Based in Riyadh, KSA
