About the Role
Catrion Group is seeking a Team Leader to oversee catering operations in Riyadh. Responsibilities include monitoring area functions, coordinating with departments, ensuring flight assembly and loading, and maintaining discipline.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure efficient function of the area and overall control of all functions in the Section.
- Ensure immediate action in case of change of aircraft, additional flight, etc.
- Responsible for withdrawals of materials from Main Store and ensure required resources/items are available.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Department for maintenance of handling equipment and working facilities.
- Assist Supervisor/Assistant Managers in preparation of Peak planning.
- Coordinate with other Sections/Departments for required information and support.
- Maintain strict discipline in the Section.
- Spot check turn out of staff and report to concerned Supervisor/In Charge.
- Prepare daily activity report, statistics and any other reports as directed.
- Ensure follow up on daily activities through logbook and proper briefing/handover.
- Assist Senior Supervisor in preparation of training programs, rosters and vacation plan.
- Supervise all extra jobs assigned through IOCs/Emails and maintain proper files.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
- Experience in catering, logistics, or related field
- Knowledge of safety regulations

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinates with Maintenance Department for the maintenance of any major minor handling equipment and working facilities ensuring that they are done within the deadline.
- Assists the Supervisor/Assistant Managers in the preparation of Peak planning covering overall functions of the Section.
- Coordinates with other Sections/Departments for required information and support to ensure smooth functioning of his section.
- Maintains strict discipline in the Section.
- Spot checks turn out of the staff and reports to the concerned Supervisor/In Charge.
- Prepares daily activity report, statistics and any other reports as directed by the Supervisor for timely submission.
- Ensures follow up on daily activities through logbook and proper briefing / handover to the next Shift Supervisor.
- Assists Senior Supervisor in the preparation of training programs, rosters and vacation plan and ensures that they are strictly followed.
- Supervises all extra jobs assigned through IOCs/Emails and maintains proper files for various instructions received from time to time.
