About the Role
Catrion Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for B&I and Remote Sites in Riyadh. You will oversee logistics, catering operations, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and providing directions to the day to day logistics operations team
- Assist in managing drivers and operations and find efficiencies within the business
- Ensure compliance to policies/procedures related to food safety
- Plan & participate in internal/external audits of CATRION unit and ensure follow ups are completed
- Conduct investigations regarding customers complaints
- Fulfil all deliveries with 100% accuracy of goods
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work to implement with management
- Assist and manage, inspect and review all Food Safety and Hygiene Activities of Company vehicles
- Develop and provide directions to the day to day catering operations
- Review & update existing policies, safe systems of work, and practices related to Food Safety & Hygiene
- Train all site staff in the CATRION quality system
- Complete or assist the manager in any disciplinary investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
- 5+ years of experience

Job Summary
- As an integral member of the CATRION team, you will perform a variety of tasks associated with the organization and management of a unit/area.
- You will ensure that day to day activities within your assigned department are carried out to the highest standards.
- You will promote and present a positive image of CATRION with client and customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
