Responsibilities

  • Follow instructions from Head Chef and Sous Chef and implement in own section
  • Prepare production plan for subordinates
  • Take part in production
  • Follow changes in traffic and secure correct delivery time
  • Ensure recipes, hygienic standards, work procedure are followed
  • Check maintenance of machinery and proper handling
  • Supervise date mark system and monitor expiry products
  • Attend HACCP and I.S.O. courses and implement same
  • Train lower positions with newest technology and techniques
  • Supervise and organize raw materials
  • Support Head Chef, Sous Chefs in product development
  • Help with layout and set up of food presentation

Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties related to the job and/or operation of the company in accordance with Saudi Labor Law
  • Adhere to Cybersecurity policies and procedures
  • Deal with data and information according to classification level
  • Avoid violating copyrights, patents, or intellectual property
  • Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements for device, internet, software, systems, and email
  • Adhere to acceptable use policy and use CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes
  • Obtain required permit before hosting visitors in sensitive sites
  • Report Cybersecurity incidents
