- Manage menus with Riyadh Air
- Assist in handling customer complaints for Riyadh Air
- Assist in reviewing monthly invoices with finance department
- Conduct market research on trending dishes and products
- Develop crew menus as per customer requirements
- Develop new and innovative packaging to elevate product appearance and increase sales
- Assist in streamlining raw materials to reduce wastage and improve forecasts
- Conduct menu presentations in coordination with Sales department
- Write recipes and procedures for new products or reformulate current products
- Document all work according to established procedures and prepare project reports
- Support Executive Chef in compilation of statistics and figures for annual turnover budget
- Ensure operating expenses are within budget limit
Requirements
- Experience in menu planning and development
- Working knowledge of MS Office and other computer software
- Communication and leadership skills
- Ability to present and respond to customers and staff
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports
- Extreme attention to detail
- Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks

Job Summary
- Support Sr. Director of Menu Planning and assist Executive Chef of Riyadh Air in all menu development of Riyadh Air.
- Responsible for improving the sales performance.
Job Description
- Manage menus with Riyadh Air.
- Assist in handling customer complaints for Riyadh Air.
- Assist in reviewing monthly invoices with finance department before charging to the customer if required.
- Conduct market research on trending dishes and products in coordination with Procurement department.
- Responsible for the study or development of menus and services for Riyadh Air.
- Develop crew menus as per customer requirements.
- Develop new and innovative packaging to elevate appearance of products and increase sales.
- Assist in streamlining raw materials to reduce wastage and improve forecasts.
- Conduct menu presentations in coordination with Sales department.
- Writes recipes and procedures for new products or reformulate current products.
- Work with the team to ensure delivery and successful start ups of new products, product improvement, cost reduction, ingredient, formula, specification, or process changes.
- Document all work according to established procedures and guidelines and prepare or assist in preparing various project reports to the Sr. Director of Menu planning and Executive Chef, Riyadh Air.
Skills
- Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS office, ext...).
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to present and respond to customers and staff member.
- Reads, analyse, and interprets general business report.
