Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer service executives to meet performance goals.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance service delivery.
- Set clear goals and drive achievement across key metrics.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining service quality.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Manage challenging situations and foster a culture of going the extra mile.
Education
Graduate (regular) in any discipline such as Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role within customer service.
