Company Overview

  • MedNet Global Healthcare Solutions L.L.C. is a member of Munich Re and a leading managed care service organization serving healthcare needs across the region.
  • The company is looking for a Team Leader of the Network team to support development, management, and optimization of the healthcare provider network.

Your Role

  • Support the Network Manager in overseeing the development, maintenance, evaluation, and expansion of MedNet's healthcare provider network.
  • Manage provider credentialing and re credentialing activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and quality requirements.
  • Conduct provider profiling, performance analysis, and market assessments to identify preferred healthcare providers and network enhancement opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations, contracting, and re contracting activities with healthcare providers while ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with providers, insurance partners, and key stakeholders to support effective collaboration and business growth.
  • Monitor provider performance against established benchmarks and service standards.
  • Conduct network reviews, audits, and monitoring initiatives to identify service improvement opportunities and mitigate fraud and abuse risks.
  • Develop recommendations and reports to support informed decision making and continuous enhancement of network performance.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to internal policies and operational procedures.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for provider related concerns and facilitate resolution of network issues across internal departments and external partners.
  • Conduct regular provider visits to strengthen partnerships and ensure alignment with MedNet policies and service expectations.
  • Deliver provider orientation programs, training sessions, and workshops to ensure awareness of MedNet products, procedures, and managed care concepts.

Your Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience within the TPA, health insurance, or managed care industry.
  • At least 2 years' experience managing or developing healthcare provider networks, preferably within the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider contracting, credentialing, network management, and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD and CPT coding systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
  • Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
