Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a compelling commercial strategy that supports MedNet's long term business objectives
- Drive profitable revenue growth and increase market share across existing and new markets
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs and product innovation opportunities
- Lead all aspects of business development, client management, strategic partnerships, branding and market expansion
- Oversee strategic marketing, brand and partnership initiatives
- Lead the development of new products, propositions and service offerings
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, insurers, brokers, healthcare providers, regulators, government stakeholders
- Inspire and develop high performing commercial teams across multiple markets
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including significant commercial, strategic or general management responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management or related discipline; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within TPAs, health insurance, healthcare administration, or related financial services
- Deep understanding of UAE health insurance market, including payer dynamics and regulatory landscape
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies and entering new markets
- Experience driving product innovation and new revenue generating opportunities

About the Role
- MedNet, a leading healthcare management and TPA provider and part of Munich Re Group, is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
- The CCO will define and execute MedNet's commercial strategy, accelerate profitable growth, and strengthen client and partner relationships.
Your Role

Your Profile
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience.

- Proven senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within TPAs, health insurance, or healthcare administration.
- Deep understanding of UAE health insurance market.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Experience driving product innovation and new revenue generating opportunities.
