- Act as the primary point of contact for all broker service related inquiries and escalations
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with broker team and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Facilitate weekly calls and meetings with internal and external clients/brokers to ensure alignment and fulfilment of deliverables
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive and timely service execution
- Monitor and analyze the performance of services provided, offering insights and recommendations for improvements
- Familiarize clients with the use of digital tools and promote their adoption to enhance service efficiency
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to offer the most current and effective solutions to clients
- Solicit and utilize client feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Effectively address issues raised to support customer retention and loyalty
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a TPA, Insurance company or Broker
- Experience in the Health Insurance sector (Primary Insurance, broker and TPA) would be an added advantage
- Possess advanced skills in insurance brokerage, account management, and client servicing
- Strong skills in analyzing and resolving issues to manage portfolio
- Ability to leverage industry trends for enhanced service and increase business growth
- Excellent communication skills that allow clear and persuasive interaction with clients

Role Summary
- The Account Manager role is to serve as the primary liaison for brokers, facilitating all aspects of insurance brokerage, account management, and client service within the Region.
- This role is integral in supporting various customer segments, assisting partners in day to day business activities and ensuring client retention.
- Account Managers ensure exceptional service delivery by leveraging their expertise in client duties.
Your Job

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a TPA, Insurance company or Broker.
- Experience in the Health Insurance sector (Primary Insurance, broker and TPA) would be an added advantage.
- Possess advanced skills in insurance brokerage, account management, and client servicing, and perform executive duties.
- Strong skills in analyzing and resolving issues to manage portfolio.
- Ability to leverage industry trends for enhanced service and increase business growth.
- Excellent communication skills that allow clear and persuasive interaction with clients.
