- Lead and manage digital transformation and automation projects across core operational workflows.
- Manage key account roadmap execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee regulatory compliance programs and certifications (ADHICS, SOC2, ISO standards).
- Implement emerging technologies, including AI enabled process enhancements.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk logs, and business cases.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and produce BRDs, RTMs, and Use Cases.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure requirements are translated into solution design.
- Conduct discovery and feasibility analysis for process innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or similar
- PMP certification and/or Six Sigma green belt preferred
- 4+ years of insurance industry PM experience
- Proven delivery in integrations, regulatory/compliance, process improvements, and portal enhancements
- Strong governance skills: scope/plan/critical path, risk/issue/change control, stakeholder comms
- Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project; advanced PowerPoint/Excel
- Fluent business English
- Experience with AI tools applied to PM deliverables preferred
