Officer Accounts Management - For Mnghs

We are currently looking for
Officer Accounts Management
toprovide essential administrative, coordination, and reporting support to the Regional Key Account Operations Manager.
The role ensures smooth handling of internal and external requests, supports KPI tracking, consolidates operational data, follows up on action items, and maintains documentation to enable efficient service delivery across markets.
Operational Support & Coordination
- Support day‑to‑day operational activities as assigned by the Regional Key Account Operations Manager, manage and route incoming requests from internal departments and external partners, prepare meeting materials and operational summaries, and maintain centralized logs of requests, escalations, preparing meeting minutes and outstanding action items
Reporting, Data Management & KPI Monitoring
- Pull and consolidate service performance and operational reports (e.g., Complaints, KPIs, SLA adherence).
- Validate data and escalate inconsistencies.
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly service reviews.
- Support basic root‑cause analysis and documentation of corrective actions.
Stakeholder Support & Follow‑up
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, IT, and Finance teams to support execution of activities, follow up on open tasks to ensure timely closure, and facilitate effective communication between regional and market operational teams
Documentation & Process Management
- Maintain and update SOPs, process flows, templates, and internal documentation, support the documentation of new requests, enhancements, and operational changes, and ensure proper archiving and accessibility of all operational files and reports
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow improvements, while supporting initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency and service quality
- Your profile
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of operational KPIs.
- Ability to compile structured reports and presentations.
- Strong data validation and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and proactive professional with strong coordination and communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or related fields.
Minimum Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in operations support, coordination, reporting, or administrative roles.
- Experience in healthcare insurance, managed care, or customer‑facing environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting processes.
