Role Overview
Asset Homez International Properties LLC is seeking an experienced Team Leader for its growing Dubai real estate team.
The role leads property consultants and builds a high-performing, target-driven team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants.
- Drive team sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop new agents.
- Monitor KPIs and improve team performance.
- Support agents in negotiations and deal closures.
- Build a strong, target-driven team culture.
Requirements
- Three or more years of UAE real estate experience are required.
- Previous team lead experience is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
- A proven sales track record is required.
- Ability to recruit and develop agents is required.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is required.
Location
- The role is based in Business Bay, Dubai and requires in-person work.
