About the Role

Asset Homez International is seeking a Team Leader - Off-Plan to spearhead its Abu Dhabi expansion.

The role combines sales strategy, execution, team leadership, and business growth.

The position focuses on the UAE off-plan real estate market.

Location and Work Type

  • The job is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • The job type is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic sales plans for off-plan projects and achieve revenue targets.
  • Recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing off-plan sales team.
  • Build relationships with developers, investors, and key clients.
  • Oversee lead generation, sales progression, and deal closure.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and project launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve qualified lead flow and conversion.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and local regulations.

Requirements

  • At least three years of UAE real estate sales experience, including one year in leadership, is preferred.
  • Proven off-plan sales success and strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge are required.
  • An established UAE developer and investor network is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities are required.
  • Strong sales team leadership and scaling ability are required.
  • CRM proficiency for pipeline management is required.
  • Candidates must be UAE-based and understand local market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
  • Existing relationships with leading Abu Dhabi developers are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation is AED 2,783.90 to AED 10,000 per month, plus commission and team overrides.
