Role Overview
Asset Homez International Properties LLC is seeking an experienced Team Leader for its growing Dubai real estate team.
The role focuses on leading Property Consultants, driving sales performance, and developing a target-driven team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Property Consultants.
- Drive team sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop new agents.
- Monitor KPIs and improve team performance.
- Support agents with negotiations and deal closures.
- Build a strong, target-driven team culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UAE real estate experience.
- Previous team lead experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proven sales track record.
- Ability to recruit and develop agents.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
Workplace
- The position is based in Business Bay, Dubai.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
