Your Mission
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute aggressive, growth-focused sales strategies.
- Drive revenue and consistently achieve business targets.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-potential property consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading developers.
- Track performance, improve productivity, and establish accountability.
- Identify opportunities to expand the business and market presence.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of UAE real estate brokerage experience.
- Proven experience leading real estate sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
- Demonstrated success driving sales and team performance.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
- A commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on results.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 10,000 per month.
