Responsibilities
- Ensure all colleagues adhere to and support brand Quality Standards
- Provide hands on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure highest levels of service and courtesy
- Conduct team briefing, meeting and training as directed by Management
- Assist management to maintain departmental SOP and ensure colleagues follow SOPS
- Supervise the level, consistency and quality of table and/or counter service of all menu items
- Ensure effective link between kitchen and service areas
- Ensure all outlet processes adhere to food hygiene regulations and procedures
- Consistently monitor Food and Beverages being served and service quality, escalating problems/complaints to Management
- Actively promote upselling techniques within the outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
- Provide specialist advice to customers and colleagues on Food and Beverages
- Supervise all aspects of food and beverage quality and hygiene and take immediate corrective action
- In absence of Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, take responsibility of operational issues

Job Summary
- The Team Leader will assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager to plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet to ensure the outlet provides quality Food and Beverage service that is consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with t
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all colleagues adhere to and support the brand Quality Standards
- Provides hands on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests
- Conducts team briefing, meeting and training as directed by Management
- Assists management to maintain departmental SOP and ensures that all colleagues have a working knowledge and always follow SOPS
- Supervises the level, consistency and quality of table and/or counter service of all menu items
- Ensures that an effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas
- Ensures that all outlet processes adhere to all food hygiene regulations and procedures
- Consistency monitors of Food and Beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to Management
- Actively promotes the use of Up selling techniques within the outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
- Provides specialist advice to customers and colleagues on Food and Beverages
- Supervises all aspects of food and beverage quality and hygiene and takes immediate corrective action concerns to Management
- In the absence of Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager takes responsibility of operational issues
