Responsibilities
- Assist Restaurant Manager to plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet
- Ensure all Colleagues activities adhere to and support The Meydan Hotel standards
- Provide hands on support and assistance to Colleagues to ensure highest levels of service and courtesy
- Conduct team briefing, meeting and training as directed by Management
- Assist management to maintain departmental SOP and ensure all Colleagues follow SOPs
- Supervise the level, consistency and quality of table and/or counter service of all menu items
- Ensure effective link between kitchen and service areas
- Ensure all outlet processes adhere to food hygiene regulations and procedures
- Monitor Food and Beverages being served and service quality, escalating problems to Management
- Actively promote up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
- Provide specialist advice to guests and Colleagues on Food and Beverages
- In absence of Restaurant Manager, take responsibility for operational issues
Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages preferable
- Previous experience in Hospitality sector and/or Food and Beverage department in a Resort environment (preferably five star)
- Computer literate
- Strong administrative abilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects to complete duties and guest requests
- Ability to perform duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and work with minimum supervision
- Strong guest oriented service and communication skills

Job Summary
- The F&B Supervisor will assist the Restaurant Manager to plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet.
- Ensure the outlet provides quality Food and Beverage service consistent with SOPs and achieves maximum revenue and profit.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
