Overview
- Careem is looking for a Team Lead Account Management to drive commercial performance and build impactful partnerships with restaurant partners in the UAE.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, driving high performance and motivation.
- Own and grow key strategic partnerships across the UAE Food vertical, ensuring win win outcomes.
- Analyze commercial data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Set targets and KPIs for the team; monitor, report, and optimize against them.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver best in class partner experiences.
- Support negotiation of commercial terms and drive execution of initiatives to improve partner satisfaction.
- Represent Careem in key meetings with high value restaurant groups and stakeholders.
