- Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high quality experience.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success.
- Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements.
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e commerce, or F&B sectors
- Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision making
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A problem solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
- Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

About the role
- We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Food UAE team in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for owning and nurturing relationships with our restaurant partners to help them grow and succeed on the Careem platform.
- You will play a critical role in optimizing partner performance, improving operational metrics, and driving strategic initiatives that benefit both Careem and our partners.
What you'll do

- Based in Dubai, reporting to the Commercial Lead for Food UAE.
- Hybrid working environment with on ground visits to key partners as needed.
