About the Role
TD Securities is looking for an Operations Analyst III to lead requirements management and support project delivery for capital markets initiatives. You will analyze business needs, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements management on projects based on complexity, size and budget
- Define business need or problem statement and identify potential solutions
- Facilitate elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements
- Identify, document and validate current state processes and design future state
- Establish and maintain full requirements traceability
- Proactively identify and track requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints
- Contribute to Quality Assurance activities including test script development and testing
- Support implementation and post implementation activities
- Forecast, define and manage requirements effort including cost and timeline
- Support Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) with vendors
Requirements
- 3 5 years related experience in project management is an asset
- Experience with Capital Markets and Trade Lifecycle is an asset
- Knowledge of Financial Instruments and Products is an asset
- Prior experience with regulatory reporting (OSC, CFTC, EMIR, MAS, LOPR, MIFID, SFTR, IIROC, CAT, FINRA, SEC)
- Experience with Excel, Visio, Project Plan, PowerPoint
- Alteryx, Python, SQL, Java, Tableau knowledge is a strong asset
- Business Analysis Accreditation is an asset
- Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline (Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics) is an asset

Key Accountabilities
- Lead a diverse range of stakeholders; communicate effectively by adapting style and technique.
- Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, process, technology solutions.
- Understand and clarify work packages of each assigned initiative/project inclusive of constraints.
- Lead and own project deliverables related to business requirements.
- Engage appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage required outcomes.
- Contribute to change management best practices.
Shareholder Accountabilities
- Lead requirements management on project(s) based on complexity, size and budget.
- Provide leadership in defining business need or problem statement and identifying potential solutions.
- Identify scope changes and analyze impact to project benefits and risks.
- Facilitate structured approach to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage business requirements.
- Identify, document and validate current state processes and design desired future state.
- Establish and maintain full requirements traceability and prioritize requirements.
- Proactively identify and track requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints.
- Contribute to Quality Assurance activities by supporting test script development and testing.
- Adhere to Enterprise project governance controls.
- Own and complete relevant work packages through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Take ownership and communicate progress on work packages.
- Support implementation / post implementation activities.
Experience & Education
- 3 5 years related experience in project management is an asset.
- Experience with Capital Markets and Trade Lifecycle is an asset.
- Knowledge of Financial Instruments and Products is an asset.

Pay Details
- CAD 69,700 CAD 98,400 CAD.
- Base pay may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, and other factors.
