- Manage and support complex reconciliations as part of the month end certification process
- Analyze reconciliation controls and operational processes to identify gaps and recurring issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend risk based solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across reconciliation and operational workflows
- Partner with Technology, Business Architecture, Operations, and vendors to resolve issues
- Develop metrics, reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Provide analytical and business analysis support to inform decisions
- Process transactions accurately within established guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Respond to customer, partner, and vendor inquiries
- Support audits, controls, reporting, and communications for management
- Act as subject matter expert or project lead for small scale initiatives
- Contribute to a positive team culture and promote risk management
Requirements
- 3 5 years of related experience in financial services, Wealth operations, reconciliations, reporting, controls, or similar operational environment
- Strong understanding of Wealth business processes, operational functions, applications, and books of record
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory requirements, controls, or risk management activities is an asset
- Experience supporting process improvement, process mapping, automation, metrics development, or technology enabled change is an asset

Job Description
- TD is looking for an Analyst, Reconciliations and Reporting to support oversight, administration, and reconciliation of approximately 3,000 accounts.
- Role ensures accuracy, integrity, and timely certification of reconciliation activities.

Job Requirements

Pay Details
- Base pay range: CAD 59,500 CAD 84,000.
- Total Rewards package includes base salary, variable compensation, health benefits, retirement programs, and more.
