Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide warm, professional assistance with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, tickets, and other guest requests with attention to detail
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area, events, and services to deliver personalized, proactive service
- Handle luggage assistance coordination and manage complex guest requests with resourcefulness and discretion
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, protecting guest privacy and data
- Record guest requests and feedback, following up to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or guest services (luxury hotel environment preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service orientation
- Good knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and cultural awareness
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Problem-solving acumen and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Qualifications* Minimum 2–3 years of substantive experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role within a 5-star or ultra-luxury establishment.
- Les Clefs d'Or certification or demonstrated eligibility is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local destination, luxury lifestyle offerings, and the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
- Demonstrated expertise in anticipating guest requirements and delivering bespoke, tailored experiences consistently.
- Fluency in a minimum of two languages required; proficiency in additional languages is essential.
- Superior interpersonal and communication capabilities with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with discerning clientele.
- Advanced problem-solving acumen and resourcefulness in managing complex guest requests with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency with concierge management systems, property management software, and digital communication platforms.
- Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and the maintenance of the highest standards of guest privacy and data protection.
