Role Overview
Full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role focused on end-to-end recruitment and workforce support.
The role partners with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to deliver effective recruitment solutions and build a capable workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, offers, reference checks, background verification, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand vacancies, workforce needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Develop sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare job descriptions, recruitment advertisements, candidate communications, and hiring materials.
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, market research, and talent mapping activities.
- Track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, offer acceptance, and hiring effectiveness.
- Provide salary benchmarks, talent availability insights, and recommendations while improving candidate experience, sourcing efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
