Role Overview
The Maintenance & Reliability Professional will improve equipment availability, maintenance performance, asset reliability, and operational efficiency.
The role works with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Production, and Safety teams to reduce equipment failures and operational downtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies, plans, schedules, procedures, and improvement programs.
- Monitor equipment reliability, availability, maintainability, asset performance, failure trends, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, develop corrective and preventive actions, and implement RCM, FMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support condition monitoring, commissioning, shutdowns, turnarounds, upgrades, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, equipment documentation, and technical databases.
- Evaluate equipment criticality and establish risk-based maintenance priorities.
- Support spare parts planning, inventory optimization, and maintenance resource planning.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers on reliability and technical issues.
- Support CMMS, EAM, or other asset management platforms.
