Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, offer processes, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
• Review applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and applicant tracking systems.
• Prepare job descriptions, recruitment advertisements, candidate communications, and hiring materials.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent mapping, and recruitment market research.
• Monitor time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, offer acceptance, and hiring effectiveness.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and recruitment recommendations to hiring managers.
• Support offers, reference checks, background verification, pre-employment processes, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and applicable data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, executive search, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organization and time management, including the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or recruitment CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, talent market trends, and candidate experience.
• Ability to understand technical and non-technical recruitment requirements.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and offer management skills.
• Professionalism and ability to handle confidential candidate information.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
