Workplace and Employment
- The role is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management programs.
- Conduct skills and development assessments.
- Support leadership development and training needs.
- Develop individual development plans and career paths.
- Support succession planning and high-potential employee programs.
- Identify and monitor successors for key positions.
- Coordinate leadership courses, conferences, and development programs.
- Support mentoring and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare talent management reports and analysis.
- Coordinate with managers and HR stakeholders.
- Support ISO, risk, ISMS, health, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Learning and Development or Talent Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of talent development and succession planning.
- Experience with individual development plans, career paths, and high-potential programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with HR/ERP systems is preferred.
- Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
