Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the performance framework including goal setting, calibration, feedback cycles, and performance improvement initiatives
- Drive succession planning and career development through evolving talent frameworks and workforce insights
- Identify training needs and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful development programs
- Manage engagement initiatives and annual surveys, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Oversee key lifecycle initiatives including onboarding programs and engagement initiatives
- Drive partner onboarding and capability building initiatives including operational and regulatory training
- Design and deliver a diverse training portfolio covering technical topics and soft skills
- Manage training calendars, optimize trainer utilization, and ensure effective program delivery
- Support development and management of learning content and courses across platforms
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or similar
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR with focus on L&D, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Talent Management
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Professional HR accreditations or certifications in Psychometric Assessments, Coaching etc are an advantage

Role Overview
- The Talent Enablement Manager is responsible for driving a high performance culture by designing and executing talent, performance, and learning strategies.
- This position will also lead IFZA Academy, a first of its kind training institute in the region.
Key Responsibilities People & Culture
- Lead and enhance the performance framework, including goal setting, calibration, feedback cycles, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Drive succession planning and career development through evolving talent frameworks and workforce insights.
- Identify training needs and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful development programs.
- Manage engagement initiatives and annual surveys, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Oversee key lifecycle initiatives including onboarding programs and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities IFZA Academy
- Drive onboarding and capability building initiatives for partners, including delivery of operational and regulatory training.
- Design and deliver a diverse training portfolio covering both technical topics and soft skills development.
- Introduce new and relevant courses aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage training calendars, optimize trainer utilization, and ensure effective program delivery.
- Support the development and management of learning content and courses across internal and external platforms.
- Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to design and deliver targeted training programs for employees and new joiners.
Required Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or similar.
- Any professional HR accreditations or certifications in Psychometric Assessments, Coaching etc are an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR with a specific focus across L&D, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Talent Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Somebody that thrives on delivering impact and execution.
